Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Klickbee, a privacy-first product-analytics and marketing-measurement service operated by Stralya (“Klickbee”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, installing the tracking snippet, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Klickbee provides a cookieless analytics SDK, a dashboard, and optional server-side conversion forwarding. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and, if using Klickbee on behalf of an organization, authorized to bind it to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• use Klickbee to collect data unlawfully or without the disclosures and consents your jurisdiction requires;
• track special-category or children’s data, or use the service to identify individuals in violation of applicable law;
• attempt to breach, probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent usage limits;
• resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted;
• upload malware or use the service to infringe others’ rights.

You are responsible for the websites on which you install Klickbee, including having a lawful basis for the processing and a compliant privacy notice.

Klickbee offers a free plan (one site, subject to a monthly session limit) and paid plans billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period. If you exceed your plan’s limits, we may pause new data collection or require an upgrade to continue.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For data collected through your website, you are the data controller and Klickbee acts as your processor. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the service.

Klickbee, its software, and its branding are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The service integrates with third parties (for example advertising platforms for conversion forwarding and payment processors). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that analytics results are complete or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klickbee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
